Abstract This study examines the drilling characteristics on GFRP/Banana fiber composite without and with use of Al 2 O 3 filler used in fabrication. an epoxy-based glass reinforced polymer made banana aluminum oxide powder. hand layup technique employed fabricating Three kinds composites. Pre-test G power for testing was set at 80%, Alpha 0.05%, CL 95%. number samples each group then determined. groups nine are to experiment CNC MRR performance evaluated. Controlled variables were feed, drill diameter spindle speed. The test findings examined contrasted using a one-way ANOVA test. end outcome is MRR. To compare rates fillers, data employed. Software called SPSS V16 determine how significant results were. A level p0.05 obtained from statistical value analysis. machinability proposed found good terms That 9.89% fpund excess than machining plain GFRP.
